Plank with Wall Touches

Start with feet wide apart, brace the tummy. Lift elbow off floor and touch the wall.

To increase the intensity, move feet closer togethe.

You could also move further back to create some distance between you and the wall, keeping the tension on the core even longer.

Strength and Conditioning coach Gary, takes you through a brutal 4 & Half mins of Hell. This was his 5th and final set.
