
Wildcard Personal Training provides a unique training experience, we will use a variety of tools to help you lose weight, build muscle, correct posture or just improve your general fitness.
We can either train in the park, your home or in exclusive studio in west london.
Tools used – TRX suspension trainer, kettlebells, sand bags, medicine balls, Power Ropes as well as a variety of exercises.
