Don’t let the scales dictate your day | Weight loss

I was waiting for my client when one of my collegues suddenly shouted out, “No! dont do it” I turned around and her client was about to get on the scales to see how much she weighed.

Which reminded me about a great video by Sean Croxton of Underground Wellness

So to summarise -

  • Don’t go on the scale in the morning every day because it dictates your day
  • Doing too much cardio will lose muscle, the metabolism will slow due to drop in muscle
  • Weigh yourself on the same day once a week
  • Use clothes to see how they fit as an indiction of weight loss
